Mark called to let me know he was on his way. (I was given a window of 9-11 and I always appreciate when the technician communicates about when he will arrive.) I told him I'd found the business on Angie's List and had printed out a coupon for a system tune up. I also mentioned that we wanted to add duct work in another room. He went to work immediately and had great communication about what he was doing and what should probably do and what we didn't really need to do. I felt like the guy was a straight shooter. I liked that he was clear about pricing and services. They will be coming back in a few weeks to add duct work and I feel like we found a good tradesperson, which is important when it's regularly over 90 degrees.

The office staff called to remind me about the appt, the tech, Mark, called 20 mins before arriving and was on time. He was knowledgeable, personable, and dog friendly! I definitely recommend.

This company has great customer service and the tech that came to my house, Mark K was amazingly patient in explaining systems, was on time with a courtesy call about 15 min before arriving. Very efficient & cordial. This is my first year with a service contract with them. I am a senior and don't want to worry about my filters or HVAC service. They have given me piece of mind here in Pasadena. I would certainly recommend Air-Tech and you can ask for Mark!
