Went above and beyond the rxpected

I’ve used this company for 3 years (including semi-annual servicing) and will continue. The technician is on time, thorough, and polite (and he even puts on those paper shoe covers so he doesn’t track in dirt).

I’m always satisfied with the air tech technicians. They are always polite, friendly, and do the expected job.

Technician Pete M is professional, on-point, personable, and really REALLY knows his stuff. He was kind even to help me with information with a part that I needed to replace for the air-filter grill. My wife and I decided to pay the fee for the semi-annual maintenance/diagnostic service for the Heating-AC units because of Pete’s excellent repair work. It would be great if he could be the one to do the diagnostics since he knows our units. We do, however, know that Air-Tech is obviously quite well staffed with only technicians of the highest quality if Pete M is not available. This is totally fine with us both! This was my first experience with Airtech. I wanted a servicing of my HVAC system. Anthony Shaw came out o time and performed. He really knows his field! I will only use Airtech, and hopefully, Anthony, for all future HVAC needs.

Very cordial and knowledgeable young man. Wore the booties inside and took time to clean outside air conditioning unit and to explain what and why a part needed replacement. He was willing to answer any questions I had. Valuable employee.

Office confirmed visit for regular maintenance the day before. Service Tech called 15 minutes before arrival, when he arrived and as he was leaving. (I was at work.) He provided a good summary of service and suggestied trimming vegetation near air con unit. He explained why. Excellent experience.
