The technician came on time, was very thorough in his trouble shooting, found some things that needed replacement, ordered them by phone & made another appointment with me for installation. I appreciate that Air-Tech takes excellent care of my A/C unit, which is almost 30 years old now.

Signed a simple routine maintenance agreement with this company that provides for 2 visits per annum, 6 months between each visit. It's what I wanted - a scheduled service before the hot season and the other before the cold hits. Like the business model. One gets a discount when other than preventive maintenance is needed. Technician Mark has been in the business for a long time and knows his stuff.
