Mark immediately knew what the problem was, and gave me a list of options. He didn't try to railroad me into the most expensive one, which I appreciate. My only complaint, and it has nothing to do with the technician, is that it took almost a week for them to get someone to my place. Granted, it wasn't an emergency, but still, it would have been great if I hadn't had to wait so long.

We are very happy with our iniinitial contact. It was easy to make an appointment and they were right on time. They called before they arrived. And they called to check and see how the appointment was and if we are ready to follow up. Overall we are very pleased thus far.
