Every once in a while you find the perfect, dependable company. For us it is Air-Tech. They've been servicing our HVAC system for years and when we need to install new central air 2 years ago, you can guess who we called.

Al called first to let me know when he would arrive. Then he expeditiously checked all HVAC systems + replaced the furnace filter. He is polite + careful.

The technician that came to our house today communicated the problem clearly to my wife and me. He noted that our new furnace should have a separate breaker. This information was appreciated. However, your company's technicians who installed the furnace should have identified the problem and suggested the correction when they installed the furnace. This is obviously disappointing that the technicians did not identify the problem earlier. We have have had to be without heating for the last 4 days.
