I have been using Air Tech since I purchased my home in 2012 and have had no reason or desire to try another firm. I continue to be pleased with its quality of work. I have always found everyone to be very professional and very attentive to my inquiries over the years during service calls and by phone. Rene performed the service for my recent appointment, and he was very pleasant as well as thorough and professional. I was happily satisfied with the qualify of his work, and from your other Service Personnel in the past.
Both office personnel and technician were polite, patient, efficient & helpful. Also accommodated my late notice and came quicker than most! So pleased and will use this Company regularly.

First off, the poor technician had to sit out in triple digit heat while he repaired my ac. He deserves a medal for that alone. Super friendly, took his time, explained what was going on and how to maintain my unit. The ac is up and running so I'm happy! I didn't know what to expect cost wise but I'm guessing it's standard. It's not cheap but I'm not under the impression that I got swindled out of dough. Overall, very happy customer.

This is an updated review. Mark from Air-Tech came to my house yesterday to fix my a/c, using the part he had ordered when he first came out to see what was wrong. He was here maybe an hour, and my a/c works! Mark is professional and has been on time to both appointments. I can't ask for anything better. And, as I said in my first review, Air-Tech was the third company I called. The first two sent people out and both of them jiggled a couple of wires and said there was nothing wrong with my a/c. There was! It never worked. Mark is the only one who was persistent and knowledgeable enough to figure that out. Thank you Mark and Air-Tech!

Mark from Air-Tech was here this morning to diagnose what on earth is wrong with my a/c. He is the third person to do this and the first person to tell me something other than "nothing is wrong". I know that something is wrong because the darn thing doesn't work, but I had about given up. He explained to me exactly what is wrong, ordered the part and scheduled the follow up visit. I am very hopeful that this will fix my a/c unit this time, for real.
