We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Manager to lead our service operations team, overseeing technicians, scheduling, and dispatch while driving efficiency, productivity, and exceptional customer satisfaction. In this key leadership role, you will coach and mentor technicians through ride-alongs and field visits, conduct performance evaluations, and implement best practices that uphold our high standards of quality and safety. You will serve as the point of escalation for customer concerns, collaborate cross-functionally with our sales and installation teams, and host regular team meetings to keep staff aligned on goals and performance metrics. Comfort Designer

As an HVAC Comfort Designer, you will drive residential sales by building meaningful in-home relationships with customers, assessing their comfort needs, and crafting tailored HVAC solutions that deliver exceptional value and performance. You will generate and close high-quality leads while consistently achieving multi-million-dollar sales goals, all while providing outstanding service throughout every stage of the sales process. In this role, you will proactively prospect and acquire new residential clients, collaborate with installation and support teams to ensure seamless project execution, and foster long-term customer relationships built on trust and satisfaction.

 

Install Manager

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Install Manager to lead and oversee all installation operations, managing crews, coordinating schedules, and ensuring equipment and materials are properly staged for every job. The ideal candidate will conduct on-site quality control visits, develop and enforce installation procedures, and host regular team meetings to uphold company goals, safety standards, and open communication. This role also includes onboarding and training new installers and apprentices, maintaining a well-stocked and road-ready fleet, and participating in hiring and performance evaluations. Residential Service Technician

As a Residential HVAC Service Technician, you will diagnose, service, repair, and maintain a wide range of residential heating and cooling systems — including gas/electric split systems, heat pumps, package units, and ductless mini-splits — while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will perform routine preventative maintenance, document all work completed, and clearly communicate findings and recommendations to homeowners with professionalism and empathy. This role demands strong technical ability, attention to detail, and a commitment to upholding company quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, maintains a clean and organized company vehicle, and is eager to continue growing their skills through ongoing training.

 

Lead Installer

We are looking for an experienced Residential Lead HVAC Installer Technician to oversee full-system installations from start to finish, including gas/electric split systems, package units, heat pumps, ductwork, ductless mini-splits, and floor and wall furnaces. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring all work meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and craftsmanship while maintaining a clean and organized job site. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers and team members, requiring clear communication and a professional demeanor throughout every project. If you take pride in your trade and have a proven track record of delivering exceptional results on residential and light commercial HVAC installations, we want to hear from you.

 

Junior Installer

We are looking for a motivated Junior HVAC Installer Technician to assist our Lead Installers with residential and light commercial system installations, including gas/electric split systems, package units, heat pumps, ductwork, ductless mini-splits, and floor and wall furnaces. In this role, you will support full-system installations from start to finish while maintaining clean, organized job sites and upholding our company’s safety and quality standards. You will interact professionally with customers and team members as you build the hands-on skills needed to eventually run installations independently. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to grow in the HVAC trade and launch a long-term career in a high-demand industry.
