Andrew has always been a good service person

I would recommend Air Tech to everyone. They were on time. Mark called from Montebello to let us know he was on his way. That gave us time to eat first before he arrived, and that was appreciated. He is always very efficient, explains everyone and even checked our filter.

Did the work faster than expected. Furnace works well now and price was good.

I explained the problem we had what I had all ready checked and Mark said lets check the filter. Problem fixed. ( I thought he tenant had replaced the filter so I had not checked it. I will not forget to check the filter next time.) Mark was on time, clean, clean proper work clothing,pleasant to talk with, and did not mind that I was looking over his shoulder checking everything he did. The office called and said they could move my appointment time earlier which was a big help thank you.

The technician that came to our house today communicated the problem clearly to my wife and me. He noted that our new furnace should have a separate breaker. This information was appreciated. However, your company's technicians who installed the furnace should have identified the problem and suggested the correction when they installed the furnace. This is obviously disappointing that the technicians did not identify the problem earlier. We have have had to be without heating for the last 4 days.

It is important I can trust the person doing the work. Air Tech was very good and I can trust them to tell the truth.
