The service was good. Checked things out, happened to see something going on with my water valve, which I appreciated him mentioning. He encountered a dead rat in my attic which he removed for me. I just wish there was an option of having someone come out on a Saturday.

Air-tech reminded me that it was time for servicing, included in our maintenance agreement. Also called to remind me of scheduled appointment. The service tech called 40 minutes before arriving. He was professional and pleasant. Very happy with the great customer service!

I asked AirTech to install a new AC after talking to more than two dozen different companies - their price was good, they seemed well experienced and indeed they were able to complete the installation in a way that met all the municipal regulatory requirements. The AC has been working well for 2 years since. I also asked them to service an older AC at our business and they did a good job on that as well. They communicate well and the service people have all been professional, polite and competent. The price for service calls is a little higher, but it's reasonable I think for licensed trained technicians. It's difficult to find good reliable AC companies and i've been happy with these folks. They're conscientious and approach their work thoughtfully.

On time and problem fixed

Mark immediately knew the cause and fixed it in no time. Then he cleaned the condenser unit and walked me thru how to replace the filter.

Office staff can be difficult and they are the ONLY Fujitsu repair agency we could find in our area. The office said the repair man would be here at 9 AM so we went to breakfast beforehand, only to arrive home before 9 to find the repair man having cooled his heels for an hour or so. He was not happy. The repair man quickly realized that we did not need to replace the expensive compressor and cards, but only needed to install 2 very inexpensive sound isolators. Hooray! But we still were stuck by the office with a $515 service call bill. Very displeased over the bill. Very happy with the service tech discovering the REAL problem when others before him had not.

I am in my late 70s and have worked with any number of companies on household improvements throughout the years. I feel that Air-Tech is just about the most professional company that I have worked with during the past forty-fifty years. Their employees are very considerate, experienced and work hard for long hours. The company has high standards. Workers are on time, knowledgeable, experienced, and let you know when they will arrive and clean up each day. They want everything to be safe and are willing to do extra work that has not been on the contract, such as trimming a tree that is near the condenser. Air Tech has higher standards than other furnace and air conditioning companies.in the Pasadena area. Two other furnace companies and the City of San Marino said that our furnace was approved, but Air Tech without charge made improvements to make our furnace really safe. This was not the case before they completed their work.

I have two Fujitsu Halcyon heat pump systems, and one kept losing Freon. Other repair techs just kept replacing the Freon, but never checked for leaks. Air-Tech techs drained the system, found the leaks, pressure checked it, and restored it to full Freon. Works perfectly now! Thank you for doing it right the first time!!
